It started with taking my son to the introductory class and he was having so much fun. So I signed him up for the lil dragons 🐉 I thought it would be a great idea to do something with him. Like a mother and son bonding time. So I joined kickboxing. I love love love love coming to class. I can go all week if I could. Now my nephew joined as well and they are having a blast. The instructors are fun and great with ALL the kids. Highly recommend to just try the introductory class if you are unsure. It can be a life changing experience
