So I waited to do this review to see what I really thought. I had my wefts installed at the beginning of December and I’m very impressed. I came from a very well known brand that used to be good before 2020, but is now known for going dry, shedding, shortening and color changing. The day I had these installed, I did panic a little, they felt so “dry”compared to the silicone coated hair I’m used to! I normally had 3 rows of the volume weft and because Slavic hair is finer, I did 4 rows, simply because it felt like I had no hair in. After having them in, I realize these are all GOOD things!!! The hair seems so much stronger and I’ve experienced almost no shedding!! I can also be lazy and dry the weft at the root and go, since these are wavy. I’m very particular with product, I use the products from the brand of hair I used to use including their leave in creme and spray defense, they are wonderful. I do oil 1-2x AFTER drying, through the day and I always sleep in a Blissy bonnet with either a spray dry mask or a leave in creme mask that is gone by the morning. Anyways, I LOVE MY HAIR! It WILL take getting used to if you’ve been previously using sleek Asian hair but I suspect these will last so much longer. I now love that I don’t have heavy hair curtains that take 45 minutes to dry, this is more 10-15! I have super fine hair so I didn’t need that weight either. Thank you Salty Locks!
