We contacted Merit to replace carpet in master bedroom and hall.. Traci contacted us and came to our home for consultation and gave us an estimate for our request. Today the LVP was installed. We are extremely please with the outcome. Throughout the entire process everything was handled with professionalism that unfortunately is not very common anymore. Her expertise and years of experience helped Us research a replacement carpet when our contractor fell short in this area. Start to finish the whole process went smoothly.
