If I could give a big fat zero, I would. My contractor, which by the way, is the best, hired this company to lay my carpet. The guys Gene used did a horrible job. Some places were cut to short, places where the nail boards were to far away from the baseboards, a place where they completely failed to trim at baseboard, baseboards damaged when using the power stretcher, and a huge seam showing in one room. The workers have already had to return once to fix padding underneath due to it being wrinkled. I met with Gene to show him my concerns. He seen the unfinished trim work, and left it, he agreed in one area carpet was a little short and workers would come stretch a little, he trimmed a little something near a closet in another room, I couldnt see exactly what he was doing, but the huge seam, let me tell you. First off he began to compare the seam to the seam in his shirt. Well, I'm certainly not walking on his shirt everyday. Then he blamed it on lighting. He said nothing could be done. The same day my contractor had another company come look and fix it. The problem was, on one end the seams did not meet and on the other end it was over lapping. The new company corrected the problem quickly. Gene arrived in a defense mode. When trying to show my concerns he was quick with excuses and "ok, what else". Every concerned I showed him, he had an excuse. He spoke to me rudely in a harsh manner. Instead of him trying to make the customer happy, he literally, I kid you not, stormed out of my home in a rage. My workers present at the time witnessed his leaving and his manner as he left. I will never recommend this company!! The sign in the office about making customers happy is a SCAM! Gene presents himself as a raging, angry, unprofessional demeanor. My contractor, a five star company on all social media, will not be using them again either. Huge loss for them! And my word to Gene (Homer) Fischer......I'm seamless and you're spineless! btw, it would not let me hit DOES NOT RECOMMEND

I'm so happy with my new Mannington floors! Thank you to Carla for her prompt responses to my many phone calls, emails and texts. And Michael, the installer, was on the job solo and did an amazing job and was incredibly thorough. He has so much patience too because my fridge was too large to fit through any of the doorways so he somehow figured out a way to get the floors laid with the fridge still in the room! Impressive! Also, they were significantly less expensive than other quotes I received. Can't thank you enough and will definitely be recommending you to others!
