*Edit-The issue has been resolved and it was done so in a timely manner.* I have to say with the amount of issues we have had in our brand new house with these cabinets that the customer service has always been amazing, BUT we continue to have our cabinets fall apart. We have had paint issues and the paint left for us by looper does not match so we are left to match ourselves, and to date we have had most of our drawer faces fall off. They came and glued them on for them to fall off again, so we have resorted to using liquid nails when it happens. I have never had issues with cabinetry, and it is baffling that at the end of the day we are left to fix our brand new cabinets ourselves. They look beautiful, but are a complete pain to maintain. It's very disappointing.
