He quoted it promptly, let me know the expected costs incurred in case it was more damaged underneath than visible as well. During the tear-off we discovered it was much worse. He took pictures (even drone shots) and sent them to me along the way to let me know. The whole process was very prompt. He was at the job site numerous times throughout the day bringing material and supervising. He even stayed later than his crew to make sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up.
