Dr. Scott and the staff are exceptional! We had been going to him since his practice first opened and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, we have a dental insurance company that doesn't want to pay what the average insurance company pays, so he no longer accepts our insurance. Completely understanding!
We tried a couple of other dentists in the area, but were not happy. We returned to Dr. Scott and the Greenbrier staff and won't be leaving again! We will just pay what the insurance doesn't cover. I love Dr Scott and his staff. We have gone to him for years and he has always taken such great care of my family, even coming in after hours on several occasions for dental emergencies. I am extremely particular about my dental care and I have no desire to go elsewhere. I am so perplexed by some of the negative reviews on here because they do not align with the people I know and the care we have always received. I would recommend Dr Scott to anyone without reservations.
