I walked in tired and needing pampering, and Miss Kianna rendered one of the best experiences I’ve had in a salon! She was very attentive and kept checking on me while I was under the steamer. Kianna was kind, professional, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. The shampoo treatment was very relaxing and therapeutic. Kianna offered an eyebrow wax, which I'd never had before. It turned out swell. I especially appreciated that there was no-wait. I’ll definitely be back in two weeks.Thank you for great service and I recommend Fantastic Sam's and Kianna to friends.
