My most positive interaction has been with the warranty department. Rick Marschalk is awesome. He is extremely professional and has helped my wife and I with all our warranty issues since we purchased our home. Jonathan, the building manager has also been great!!!
We have been living in our house built by Bill Beazley Homes for a year now. I'd say these homes are built very well with no wasted space & stylish! Yes, they are built by people & there will be issues, but ours were minor issues. That being said, our local warranty manager Rick Marschalk has been very professional & a hard worker by getting the minor issues taken care of! I will buy a Bill Beazley home again.
We purchased our new build in August 2023 in Aiken SC. The floor plan and overall build are very good, our lot is great for our needs and the house looks lovely. They have some nice standard touches as well. Working with the Realator (Roxanne) as wonderful as was the design department. Top class professionals. Once the house is built unfortunately...... I feel compelled, at this point, to write a review due to the increasing number of issues we are having, and the initial difficulty: first 3 months not addressing concerns from the walk through or 30 day issues.
