We just bought a new home and decided to go with Arrow for termite control based an their Google ratings and company description of their work. Robert came out and was extremely courteous for the initial inspection and made me feel positive about my choice. After seeing a few bugs in the first few weeks I was concerned our new home may have a German cockroach issue and felt basically devastated so I made an appointment for treatment. Nick, the technician arrived and we discussed my concerns. He did an inspection and even though he had all opportunity to take our money and complete a service he had the integrity to tell me we definitely do not have a German cockroach problem at all and educated me on a couple of other creatures that look extremely similar but have distinctly different behaviors. This lead me to do my own research and education. I appreciate this so much and I will definitely recommend them to anyone at every opportunity!

We've been with Arrow for 2 years and they are on point!!! Always on time...military precise! Eric and Gerald stopped by and took care of a hornets nest and re-fortified the perimeter of our home. So...that said, they know their craft and more important they are professional, courteous, and responsible.
