“Joanna has always been patient and helpful during my visits!
I’ve had tanning services, haircuts, and a color session for years now.
I LOVE that she has tons of clothes and other items for sale to look at while I’m waiting.
Most of the time I have no idea what I want when I’m getting a cut so I’m grateful I am thoroughly walked through with each step of the process and how things will look afterwards if I go a certain route with a cut.
She is always so great with my daughters haircuts, along with my friends’ children that have came to get a cut. She’s super patient with children and always gives them a sucker before we leave. My youngest just recently got her first cut and was scared and anxious, but Joanna helped her feel comfortable and didn’t rush with her…even though she had many customers waiting on her.
