UPDATE - Hammack Well - Mr. Mike Hammack reached out to me personally, apologized, and made an effort to rectify their bad service. He informed me of several measures they have put in place to prevent what happened to me from happening to future customers. To me, this shows character. Since everyone deserves a second chance, I amend my previous comments with these additional comments, "I recommend that if using Hammack in the future, if something doesn't seem right, reach out directly to Mr. Hammack and he will work with you."
Another great experience with this company. Thank you for always being there when needed. Even if I did call before yall opened. My well is fixed and I'm a happy and satisfied customer.
Hammack Well has always made themselves available to us when we had well emergencies or when we needed an additional well. Highly recommend!
