This is the first first salon I’ve ever been to back in 2011 and I was a bit iffy on going the other yesterday but I didn’t feel like taking a drive.. No Regrets! I went in and Amy got right to work. Usually I’m iterated by the time they start the shaping process but she did amazing work! She was gentle, neat, and very friendly! I don’t like to talk and she was very respectful of that and let me live in my own little world while she did her best work ?. I have one very minor issue (the white tip on my left middle finger is a tab but sloped and could be thicker) but these are the best nails I’ve had without a doubt! I’m from out of state and visited this nail salon last month on a Thursday morning. I asked for a pedicure. The woman working told me to pick out a nail polish. I got up to do that and she asked if my toenail polish was gel and I said yes, and she told me that if I have gel nail that I have to get gel again. I was very disappointed because I didn’t want gel nail again. I only wanted regular nail polish that I could remove at home when needed. I would have paid extra for the gel nail removal, but she didn’t give me that as an option, only told me that I have to get gel again. Have visited this nail salon plenty of times in the past. Hadn’t been in a few months. Went back today to get my acrylics removed and to just get a manicure and pedicure. The young man there was wonderful and very friendly. He was the reason I left a $10 tip, because both women seemed cold and rude. People know when they’re not welcome somewhere and customer service is 85% of the sale, doesn’t matter how good the product is. The other two older ladies who were there while I was there, were treated very friendly. Don’t understand why you would treat any of your customers with such a bad and cold attitude, but I won’t be going back. The young man deserves a 5... read full review
