I consider our 3 units as quite challenging to service. Chris is physically challenged to get on and off of OUR roof. He and David, a new employee, double teamed our fall “check-up” with David doing the roof work and Chris doing the inside work.I was given a window for the technicians arrival time, and very much appreciated the timely phone call, that pushed back the time window.Both were professional and cordial and were sincerely committed to doing a “Superior” job! Chris provided pertinent and patient instructions to David. A great way to learn without stress. Thank you for these two employees, as they definitely raise the bar from others.
Everyone at Superior Heating and Air Lake Oconee are friendly, professional, timely, and very experienced. We will definitely use them again. In fact, they were just at our home yesterday to install a stove down vent system, and we already have another job lined up for them. We'll be calling them shortly!
