The technician was great. I was going to call about having him possibly come back and give me a quote on a whole new HVAC system. After the way the front office treated me I will not be using this service again. We are currently trying to sell our home and I’d asked the technician to have it written up to where it showed that we had had the unit serviced and they had added some Freon to it. That was it. Kristina Harrell went out of her way to write a snarky message that I was trying to sell my home so I refused to fill the full Freon level and I only put in 4 1/2 pounds instead of the 13 needed.
