Tony in service dept in Eastman is great in responding to your calls as well as explaining in detail their findings. Tony sent Drew out to repair our AC that went out in 95 degree weather of course! Drew was great! Very knowledgeable & he has a great personality, had us cooling in no time. A real pleasure dealing with a great group of professionals!Service: HVAC system repair

We called Pruett two (2) years ago as recommended by a neighbor. Our system is twenty-five years old. We have had an amazing experience each time the technician came out.
