horrible experience with them. lied about the price that it would be. did my braids super short when i was told they would do the correct length. barely used product on my hair. not satisfied with my braids AT ALL.

I called to get a quote for braid take down. They quoted me $40. When I arrived she said it’ll be $80. I declined. She took down one braid to see the length of my real hair & asked for $60. I declined. I called another shop near. They quoted me $50. Finally they said they could do $50. I wanted to leave, but I was already there.

Prior to going in to get hair braided I spoke with the owner and another young lady! I inquired about the price and services. I was told that I ca come on Friday on a mutually agreed upon time. I arrived at the set time. The young lady and another person kept going back and forth in their native language about my hair. I asked what was being said and was told nothing. I then asked would they be able to do my hair. Was told yes! After Fatu started braiding my hair she told me a cost that was more than a hundred dollars more that was agreed upon.
