I was disappointed when I called because I got voicemail and wasn't wanting a drawn out process, I just needed a few items to repair the fence I hit with a tree. I was shopping big box stores which don't actually carry the 21' top rails I needed when Imperial called me back from caller id. The gal put together an estimate for the items I needed, the price was on par so I went over and picked up the order. The team was attentive and courteous, the process was straight forward. I paid at the office, they loaded me up and I left. Very satisfied with the company.

Due to the pandemic, my experiences with different vendors have been affected by supply chain issues and employee shortages. I was surprised by the outstanding customer service I received at Imperial Fence Supply. The front office associates were polite and helpful, they knew their business very well. The employees in the warehouse were also helpful and efficient. While my purpose of buying from them was for a relatively small repair job, they treated me as if my purchase was 10 times what I paid. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and friends. Thank you Imperial Fence Supply!

I have bought fence materials from this location for several times and I have always received excellent professional courteous service. Whenever I call they always answer and email me my quote in a timely manner. When I arrive to pick up my materials I feel like they appreciate my business. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy their materials.
