The reviews say different, but our experience wasn't that bad. We arrived 30 minutes after opening on a Saturday...pretty empty. It went pretty smooth. I just had to leave and come back because I wrote "Gary's" and not "Gray's" on the MO...??‍♀️??

The girl who answers the phone gave me the run around when i was trying to get my car. They was open on Memorial Day but never answered the phone and when i finally talked to sumbody they say “oh my manger was working” like what?

I own Platinum World Auto Parts And Towing so i have to give credit where it due. The lady and guys on lot moved quickly when i went to pick up customer car. Then few weeks later i needed invoice for reimbursement from insurance company Alicia i think that right name but had no problem emailing me so i can get paid for my service.. They also got a very nice color coordinated office.Service: Car towing
