***Griffin/Spalding County Location*** The Dr spent 3 minutes with me and tried to run out the door before answering questions. There was an HR issue being discussed up front where patients could hear resulting in one young lady walking off crying. There was only 1 person handling the front while the other 3 we're having their conversation inappropriately up front. As the phone was ringing, she kept picking up and hanging up without actually answering the phone. And I just got a call only to be hung up on. Poor patient service. I would never return and never recommend. The office Manager needs to address that HR issue, when and where it should be done by whom as well as the lady who hangs up on people trying to call in.
