Piedmont Physicians Ellijay Primary Care provides expert and thorough care. The practitioners, including Dr. Martin, Dr. Kidwai, and several NPs, are described as outstanding, the absolute best, and wonderful. They listen, answer questions, and never rush patients. The staff is friendly, kind, professional, and helpful. The new location is convenient and accessible, functioning as a one-stop place with a lab, specialists, and everything in one building. Wait times are often minimal. However, some patients find the new office feels impersonal, cold, and more like a business or hospital compared to the old office.
Love this MD office. My entire family from my 14 yr old to my 77 yr old mother we all use this facility. Lab and imaging and MD office in same place so convenient. Everyone is kind and patient from the front office staff to the MD.
Love this office. They are fast and efficient. Sarah Taylor is great. She listens to you and respects you. She has been great with my kids. Kind, caring and understanding. Reception staff have been patient and accommodating. The nursing staff are excellent and knowledgeable.
I was only there for labs. I wasn't told to sign in at the Doctors desk, so I signed in at the lab, but finally was told by the lab to sign in at the doctors and then they would send orders over. A bit confusing, but otherwise the trip was okay
