Thompson’s Pool Service came into existence with two simple principles of Quality Service with a smile and Genuine concern for the customer’s needs. The owner, Rodney Thompson, started in the swimming pool industry as an apprentice helper and learned all about pools from the ground up. From carrying bags of salt and running weekly maintenance routes to repair and diagnosis, there’s not much he hasn’t seen. “While I was running routes and meeting with customers, I started to notice a growing trend among most of them, There was a disconnect between the customer and the pool company. I have been so happy with Rodney and his staff! After buying a house with a pool and inheriting a different pool service company, I was fed up with poor communication and service people who didn’t catch issues (and sometimes caused them). I switched to TPS and have been super pleased with both the communication and immediate, needed repairs. If you are looking for a responsible, communicative and competent pool crew, book TPS immediately.
I've always had great experience with TPS Pool. They do well at maintaining my pool and keeping all the equipment in tip top shape. Gus and Rodney are always so responsive. I had issues with other pool companies telling me they'd do this and this but it never got done. TPS gets it done without feeding you excuses.
