I can't say enough good things about my experience with Oneida, Rocco, and the Oneida team. This is our second remodel with Oneida. I have done 8 remodels, personal and business, and Oneida/Rocco is the the only contractor I would call a second time! I had a hard deadline for this one and Oneida finished ahead of first 12 week time estimate...8 weeks and everything was finished! The punch list was minimal as they do it right the first time. I have the most spacious laundry/pantry/mudroom and the most spectacular, luxurious primary bathroom. If you want it done right, use Oneda Builders.
Oneida did a complete renovation of our main floor in our home. They turned a five, four and a door basic home into a modern living space for us. The expertise that Rocco and his crew bring to their jobs is unsurpassed. From the first step to the last we were constantly involved in and informed about the project and the process. The level of professionalism was fantastic. Everyone was always on top of keeping the job site clean and safe for us and the crew. It was amazing to see the transformation every day. Rocco came in right on time with his forecast and we love every day in our new and improved space. We cannot recommend Oneida highly enough!
This review is a bit late, as they completed work about 6 months ago for us, but wanted to put my review out that they did excellent work. They renovated our kitchen, family room and laundry closet and it looks and functions great. Compared to friends that have used other contractors, I am impressed with their thorough communication and calendar to keep me uptodate on the construction schedule. There was never anyone I didnt expect walking through my house. The only budget changes were unexpected findings (pipes in a wall we were moving) and design changes that we decided on during the build.
