The technician was prompt and friendly. He explained what he was doing, cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess, and the fireplace was in working order in a short time. I was afraid I would have to get a new system but he was able to fix the existing one. Would recommend!
I highly recommend Chimney Pro Cleaners. We needed our Chimney inspected and they responded immediately. Nir was the name of our inspector and he was very helpful. He let me know our chimney was not up to code and he walked me through the process of what is required. He was thorough in his inspection and in his explanation. If you want a company that is going to give you a professional experience, I recommend Chimney Pro Cleaners!
They did a great job cleaning and gave honest feedback about how often we should get it cleaned. They were not squeezing us for extra money. I made a mistake with lighting the fire and they came out and checked the flu for me to make me feel better that, there was nothing wrong
