I had an issue with my hair- my shampoo had some reaction with the hard water and left a thick waxiness behind that I couldn’t remove. SARAH was amazing. She washed my hair multiple times throughly and made sure to take care of my concern and gave me tips as well. I will def be back for my routine hair care
