They sent my order it is lost nobody knows were it is the customer service is terrible all they say is that it shipped,DAH were is it at? wont contact me about a new one 186.00 dollars worth of product not delivered have to report them to ebey cause they have sorry customer service. 2 wks. is plenty of time to wait.STILL WAITING beware

These guys are excellent operators. Sent me a coil for a small engine. It came quickly. Turned out I didn't need it. It was a different issue (points gap). In the packaging was a one page summary what to do for returns. I followed the instructions. Sent it back with a check mark on their form. Emailed them. Was given a refund within 24 hours. Genuine honest operators. They emailed me back to thank me for notifying them of the return, and that a refund would be on the way. Clear process, clear communication, clear expectations. No hassle and ongoing drawn out wrangling. In reality they didn't need to refund customers like me who just didn't need the part.... read full review
