Mitch fabricated custom leather trays for my sons for Christmas. His work is exceptional. He used the college colors for the stitching and added the logos in leather to the bottom. I expect these gifts will be passed down to my grandchildren one day...they are that GOOD!

The Knife Clinic inside Patton’s Meat Market in Duluth, Georgia, is a gem for anyone serious about keeping their kitchen tools sharp. I recently brought in a few knives, and the results were fantastic—each blade was returned sharper than ever, making cooking an absolute pleasure.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to offer care tips and answer my questions, tailoring their approach to each knife. They clearly understand the nuances of different blades, from chef’s knives to specialty cuts, and it shows in the results.

I don’t have a lot of knowledge about knives and handles and leather, but the owner of the Knife Clinic Mitch truly helped me out when it came to sharpening my knives, educating me on how to maintain the blades and also made a beautiful and priceless gift for my wife on our one year anniversary of being married. He also blessed me with a complementary journal which truly shows his heart and his passion for not only doing what he does but taking the time out to invest in his clients/customers.
