Decided to try out pole dance after months of contemplation. At Spice, you start from the very basics — doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced before, doesn’t matter if you are shy, or if you don’t have the strength or flexibility.

I celebrated my 40th here with all my besties and let me tell you this is where you want to go for any kind of private party! Forget clubs and renting a space. This is where it's at! They were great in communicating the logistics but the best part was having Phoenix as our dance instructor. She is very approachable, talented and brought the energy up in our room. I will come back and will definitely take her class! Thank you Phoenix!!!

I took the 4-week SPICE Aerial Glow Lyra class with Cinnamon, she was a great instructor, who made the environment feel so welcoming and fun. If there was ever anything I was having a hard time with in the class she was so patient, encouraging , and would re-explain and help work through the challenges I was facing. This entire studio is such a great vibe, and if you are hesitant to sign up for a class- DON'T BE. I left every class felling mentally refreshed and empowered. Can't wait to do another class in the future!
