The facility is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with amenities like the Jade sauna and a cold sauna. Although the food court was not tried by some visitors, the menu includes delicious and authentic options such as Bulgogi, spicy Ramen, vegetable dumplings, and fruit juices. Combo massage options, like a 45-minute foot massage and 45-minute chair massage for $100, are available. The spa closes a little before midnight on weekdays, with kitchen and service ending at 9:30 p.m., and prices are considered fair. This was my 1st time at this specific spa, I may have enjoyed myself too much because I took a 3 hour nap. I'm a foodie and they definitely had many different options to choose from and all affordable. I especially enjoyed Jay the lady at the front desk everything was efficient but she was soo polite I appreciated that also with the entire staff.

My recent customer service experience at SpaLand was the reason for my score. The staff are so friendly and kind. They truly make the whole visit as relaxing as possible. SpaLand's amenities were in great condition as usual and the food was very good for the value.
I will note that the clothed saunas and appliances felt warmer than usual. I enjoy having the option of sleeping in a mild temperature jewel room but none of the options seemed to be of mild temperature. The heated couch surfaces also seemed warmer than usual.
Regardless, Leslie and Jay were great. Jay is so cute. I hope she enjoys her new puppy dog pin.
Wonderful experience on Saturday. 1st time visit. Husband and I enjoyed a couples visit, food court, saunas, hot tub/cold plunge.
