Shumate has serviced my condo for years and always provide top notch service. My thermostat stopped working this week and it was 90 degrees in my home. I called at noon and there was someone here within an hour. He was able to replace the thermostat and troubleshoot a problem to fix my air. Thank you!

Shumate is an excellent company to work with. Very friendly, clean upon entering the home, explained everything that is needed to be done upon servicing your unit. They make certain you know all costs involved and give you lots of tips as to how to keep your unit running in tip-top shape. We were extraordinary pleased with their on-time arrival & kindness. We would highly recommend them.

Shumate has been taking care of my HVAC system for almost 20 years. Twice yearly service (furnace in Autumn, AC in Spring) and has kept things running nearly with a hitch. When a problem rarely arises, Shumate has someone there to fix it on the same day I call . Yesterday, after AC maintenance a week ago, my AC refused to come on. I called at 11:45 am and within two hours, the same tech who performed last week's service, Derek, was here. (The drain hose had slipped loose and was dripping into the pan.) Derek made sure the hose was secured ( I heard drilling) and in ten minutes or so, the AC came roaring back. At the end of the day Derek returned to briefly double... read full review
