Faith was the high light of my experience from calling yesterday and asking when’s the nearest day I can come in and she said tomorrow (today, Wednesday) and was able to help me get scheduled and answered all my questions, and thankfully got to meet her and chat / work with her. Then the male nurse whose name I forgot was nice too, then got to speak/ work with Shay. And being able to speak spanish with the Hispanic lady who took my blood. I’m able to speak openly and honest here without judgement and are very sensitive/ welcoming here. I try to recommend all of my LGBTQ+ friends here
Amazing! If you are a bit worried about going in and talking about your intimate information, you are in very capable and good hands. The staff here is so wonderful. It felt private and secured. I want to especially note that Faith and Joy were incredible -- they were very knowledgeable, warm, and kind. You can get free testing every 12 months, free condoms, and relatively quick results (for me, STD test results within 4 business days & HIV results within a minute). The front staff, phlebotomist, pharmacy staff were also very nice! Positive Impact does important and compassionate work. Thank you!
Free testing every 12 months with fantastic and sweet as can be staff?! What more can you ask for? A walk-in experience from heaven, seriously. Quick testing, all procedures done with people who are exceptionally nice and do a great job. I highly recommend this facility!
