My son set up my dell computer without my permission, and made it stuck on logo screen which made me mad, because all of my work documents are in that computer, I have to spend moths to find the documents back if I lost them. I sent it to a computer technician and he told me he has no way to diagnosis the problem. One of friend recommended me pJC computer, he solved the problem and saved my work very quickly! Thank you!
