The provider was super nice and quick. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the front staff. Just not the best customer service skills. I had a hard time describing my pain and she appeared to be annoyed? Which, like, I get it…but at the same time…not the best feeling when I’m already struggling. Anyways, outside of that everything was great!
Went for an 11 out of ten pain level tooth abscess, the VA sent me to this clinic. It was very busy and short on doctors but in my opinion, the wait was worth the service and care. Dr. G was the only physician with about 3-4 support staff who all seemed to be knowledgeable, kind and caring. As a blk woman, I don’t always trust doctors for valid reasons. They immediately understood my pain and did everything possible to comfort me and assist until dr. G could see me. I read a review where someone was upset they were laughing at work. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and although my wait time was longer than expected due to short staffing and only one provider available, it was truly worth the wait. The provider and nursing staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. The nurses were always ready to assist and support the provider, demonstrating great teamwork despite the high volume of patients.
Throughout the busy environment, they remained positive, patient, and compassionate. I arrived barely able to stand on my leg due to a cyst, and the provider took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, provide care, and refer me to a specialist. I am extremely thankful...read full review
