I believe in longevity but after my previous heating/ac contractor was unable to resolve my needs (after numerous chances) , I had no choice but to go elsewhere. So on the recommendation of a friend (who also had encountered similar issues with a previous provider), I called on Peachtree Services. this past Sunday (September 14th) at 5:30pm. Corey was dispatched to my house within 3 hours. He found the problem, something that the other provider couldn't detect despite the unlimited callouts in my maintenance contract. My family experienced a plumbing issue on a Sunday morning. Peachtree Service Experts responded within (2) hours and Isaac Whitehead, our service technician, kept me informed throughout, starting with his eta for the initial visit and continued to keep me updated on the status of the repairs during the process. He sent photos to me and explained each need in detail. Isaac is a true professional and I highly recommend Peachtree Service Experts for your repair and installation needs.
