When I first went to Maxa I was of the mindset that I needed to have the Doctor whose name was on the sign. After years of seeing Kelsey I was proved wrong. The care she provides is thoughtful, empathetic, and surprisingly personalized. It doesn't feel like she is reading my info from the tablet, it seems she is invested in my health and the care that will work best for me. The office staff at this location is the best I have experienced at any medical facility. It is easy to schedule, reschedule, and you always are speaking to someone quickly when you call. Dr Maxa is by far the best primary care doctor I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He is extremely caring, detailed, and efficient with his patients. He takes his cues from his patient and will patiently listen and answer all your questions and never makes you feel rushed or he can expedite your visit if you need to be seen quickly. I have always been able to see him on very short notice and I really feel he cares for my well being and health. I am almost 70 years old and he is the best doctor I have seen and Lord knows I have seen my share. I can, with no reservations, give him and his staff my highest recommendation and endorsement.
I've been a patient here for years now and love the quality and service I recieve from the office staff and Dr. Bobon. I'm often contacting Felicia for assistance with statements for my HSA reombursements and she's always super helpful. I recpmmended Dr. Bobon to all my family members and even friends struggling to find a doctor that listens and can help meet their needs. I can't brag on this practice enough!
