Our original purchase was reasonably priced, looked amazing, and came with excellent customer service. Later, we needed more of the exact same flooring, but the product was discontinued. Kumba and Brandon worked SO HARD to help us find this flooring! They searched online inventory, called many stores around the country, looked in warehouse rooms, and they successfully found the materials for us! What a hard-working, helpful and amazing team! A few weeks ago I entered your store under the direction of my brother who lives in Miami, Florida. He had recently shared the experience he had with your company and I decided to visit. Your associate Kumba greeted my husband and I warmly explaining the different types of flooring, the thickness and basically how the process worked and showed us the wall of flooring to make our choice. I have had flooring company that came to give me price quotes on my floor, but this experience was different. All I can say is that Brandon made our purchase great! He helped me find a great deal on a quality floor and then showed up a half hour early to help us load out.
A great experience end to end. If you’re thinking about a new floor this is where you need to start and end your search. I looked at all of the big box stores a several well know flooring outlets and none were better.
