About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers a variety of amenities at a good price. Members have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including a good selection of cardio machines. The gym features a basketball court, pool, hot tub, and sauna. There is a Kids Klub and personal training is available. The gym is well-maintained with clean bathrooms and an overall effort to provide a good experience. Staff members are respectful and genuinely inviting, making the facility welcoming. Some members suggest adding more squat racks and benches to accommodate everyone, or implementing a time limit for their use. Other suggestions include updating water fountains and adding snacks to the vending machines. While there are a few issues with gym etiquette among some members, most find LA Fitness to be a great gym and plan to continue using it. The customer service and overall gym experience are highly praised, making it a preferred location for many.
Truly one of my favorite locations in Gwinnett! The staff here is genuinely so inviting and kind from management to custodial staff. Although they all try their best, I’ve witnessed a lot of problems certainly fall on a select few members that tend to ruin things for the rest of us like lack of gym etiquette, cleanliness, returning equipment, etc. Adults should be able to hold themselves accountable with out playing the blame game towards other members or pointing fingers at those that work there. Otherwise, no complaints- Customer service and overall gym experience/equipment here is great. I’ll continue to chose here over my home location any day!
This is my weekly gym location and it’s honestly amazing! The staff are respectful and the facility is welcoming. Mona, Simeon and a couple others always greet me with respect and a smile!
I really wish other gyms operated this way. The facility is first off clean. You would think this would be a given but I assure you from visiting other LA Fitness gyms in the area it's not. The team seems to see the upkeep of the gym as a team effort, not just the cleaning staff. I can always find paper towels and wipes, the showers always have soap, and there is an overall effort to provide a good experience.
