This was our first visit to Great Clips, and we had a great experience. We came on a Saturday, and it wasn’t busy. We were greeted right away, and my 4-year-old daughter got a lovely trim from Yolanda with no wait. My daughter has a hair pattern sometimes called “Irish curls,” where the underside is curlier or wavier than the top layer, which looks straighter. Yolanda gave her a dry cut to suit her hair texture, and it turned out really well.

I had pre-signed and they were ready for me within moments of my arrival. I was greeted when I walked in and my preference profile was already pulled up. Fast, friendly, and accurate.

10/10 experience! One of the best great clips I’ve been to. I was very pleased with the service and Carmen cut my hair exactly how I imagined. Borderline perfect!! I will be back.
