Ruben did an amazing job! I was panicking because I couldn’t find my Mercedes car key, but he was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. Ruben came directly to my location, which was such a relief, and got everything taken care of. Excellent service and professionalism-- HIGHLY RECOMMEND Do not go to thr dealership, their prices are way more competitive.
