Place is great. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. They know what they do and make me feel very comfortable. Coming in for shoulder pain and I can say that it is getting better.

During my first visit, locating this place proved a bit challenging as the external signage didn't align with the business name. After a brief wander, I called the office for specific directions. On my second visit today, finding the place was a breeze. Dr. Shin, though relatively young, exudes kindness, knowledge, and warmth. Unlike many modern doctors, he adeptly identified some of my symptoms by examining my posture and areas affected by a car accident during my initial visit. Today's acupuncture session, combined with needle treatment and electric moxibustion, left me satisfied, and I'm hopeful it will alleviate my shoulder, neck, and lower back pain.
