The most chill salon. Always clean. Always has vibes. My curly cut was done by Thaminah. My fulani braids at the top with twists in the back was done by Jaden. Got my ends trimmed and did a lil reshaping of my curls with Camille. And on the spot, the owner Givini, gave my niece her first curly cut (keep in mind this was on a Sunday). Everyone is very educated in various types of natural hair. And lastly I love that they use everyday brands that the curly/coily/kinky community knows: The Doux (owner is a pro Ambassador), Innersense (owner is an educator), Mizani, etc.
Curltured Studio is an absolute vibe! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and full of good energy. The music playlist was on point the entire appointment, it made the experience that much better. I came in for a color and loc retwist, and the results exceeded my expectations. My locs came out neat, healthy, and beautifully styled, and the color turned out amazing. And can we talk about the shampoo?! One of the best salon shampoos I’ve ever had.
