I had been a patient of Clarkson but a different location. For some reason, when I appeared for my appt., it had been cancelled and I was never notified. However, they managed to fit me in and took their time with the appointment and then fitting me with my new glasses. Def a thumbs up and would recommend.

Always a great experience when I go in (and I’ve been going here for years). Went in February 2024 when I paid in full for my glasses. I received my great new glasses about 2-3 weeks later as scheduled. About 6 weeks ago, I received a bill in the mail. Called and they said they would take care of it. Today (while the amount is lower this time), another bill came in the mail. I’ve never had a problem but I understand they are now under new ownership. So, beware - the quote you get and agree to upfront will possibly/probably not be correct.
