I've been in business for over 30 years, and I know that there are always going to be issues from time to time. The real question I care about is how they take care of problems when they arise. I have had a couple of spots that needed follow-up care and Centimark was immediately attentive and had a crew here to fix the problem right away.
They will get all of my commercial roofing business from now on.
We had the service team out to one of the two buildings that CentiMark had re-roofed for us for a leak issue. The entire process from scheduling to actually show up was painless. They checked our problem - which ended up being a old electrical conduit pipe leaking inside the ceiling - and it was fixed in a jiffy. Mark the Mover appreciates the quick, competent service.
