Walk-ins only, which I prefer. If there are a few folks in queue before you, just have a seat, work on a puzzle or read any of the wide variety of magazines there. (or stare at your phone, like everyone else.) Listening to the banter of the barbers and customers is a highlight for me.
The quality of haircut is outstanding. I've had my hair cut by just about everyone there, and they all listen to you, and cut the hair accordingly.
