The staff, led by Dr. Kim, are meticulous and thorough in their work, taking the time to answer questions and address concerns. The clinic's efficient process and skilled staff make even the most challenging procedures, such as blood collection, smooth and stress-free. While Dr. Kim may not be overly personalized in his approach, he gets the job done and is wise to employ a Physician's Assistant who is personable, thorough, and makes sense. Overall, AG Family Medicine offers top-notch medical services with a friendly and attentive atmosphere.
We had a great visit to the AG Family! This was our first time coming to this facility since we moved to GA from another state about a month and a half ago. Everyone was friendly and professional. Only thing that was a bit concerned for us was that waiting time was a bit too long, but the young doctor Kim said it was unusually busy today, so, we are hoping that it would be better next time. Nevertheless, we felt seen and heard today. Also, we had a very pleasant experience, and when needed, we plan to come here again.
The ladies in the front were so welcoming and very quick. Dr. Kim was so knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my body. Definately recommend this doctor’s office! Thank you!!
AG Family Medicine was a great experience for my elderly mother who is very anxious for doctor's appointments. Staff were all kind, professional, and understanding. Dr. Kim was very thorough, patient, and took the time to explain what test results meant and how medications worked. We left with mom much calmer and pleased with the visit. Five stars.
