AG Family Medicine by Excelsior Healthcare

I have read some of the reviews about my doctor, Dr. Chang Kim and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Some people seem to judge a doctor by whether or not he smiles. But since when did a smile become the measure of a doctor's ability, professionalism, or compassion?
A doctor's office is not a comedy club, and a doctor is not there to entertain us. He is there to care for our health. We should be more concerned about his medical knowledge, his professionalism, the care he provides, and how seriously he takes our health concerns.

We had a great visit to the AG Family! This was our first time coming to this facility since we moved to GA from another state about a month and a half ago. Everyone was friendly and professional. Only thing that was a bit concerned for us was that waiting time was a bit too long, but the young doctor Kim said it was unusually busy today, so, we are hoping that it would be better next time. Nevertheless, we felt seen and heard today. Also, we had a very pleasant experience, and when needed, we plan to come here again.

The ladies in the front were so welcoming and very quick. Dr. Kim was so knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my body. Definately recommend this doctor’s office! Thank you!!
