They do a great job on my nails. This was my second time going. Loi did my Dream Spa Pedicure with gel polish and my manicure with SNS powder this time. The neck and should massage was EVERYTHING!!! The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because it was a long wait both times I went. The service is worth the wait, but I suggest you make an appointment if you have other things planned.

If you're thinking about getting your nails and toes done here in Dublin, then Star Nails is more than likely the best place for you. Little bit of a wait but it's well worth it. The product quality is very good and lasts longer than the other shops I've visited. I do highly recommend Kayla as your technician. She works fast and does a really neat job. She communicates well and even helped me pick a color that would go good with my skin tone. I was very satisfied with my service and do recommend you give them a try.Service: Pedicures

Not sure about the negative reviews, honestly. I've only been to one better nail salon besides this place! Maybe it's because I get pedicures, not manicures, but if you're looking for a pedicure, this place is the best! Last time I got a basic pedicure, that was easily the longest leg massage I've ever had during a pedicure. Very friendly staff and way better than some of the other nail salons in town!
