I am a customer with Ryland for almost one year located, and I live in Eastman Georgia. My daughter is disabled, due to two strokes. She takes much pride in being responsible for placing the trash bin on the curb. She somehow forgot to put the bin out today. I heard the truck outside and looked out of the window to find Shenia [Driver] taking the bin from the side of the house to the curbside. I apologized to her for not having the bin in the proper place and asked for her name. She is truly a professional in her profession, willing to go the extra mile to provide customer service and the highest level. Just wanted to thank her in the most formal way possible. Reading some of the other comments,I'm surprised. I've never had any trouble. Even when I've been late with payments. Service in my area is great. Nice men. They don't leave garbage flying around.

Trash and yard waste pickup are inconsistent. I have to call or log a complaint on SeeClickFix almost weekly. When you call them, they give you an excuse and a promise to fix the problem, but I typically have to call SEVERAL times when those promises fall short. I've spoken to the facilities manager in Macon, the route supervisor in Macon, and even talked to the facilities manager in Dublin once. Always promises to fix things and no follow through. Here I sit with a half-filled garbage can still by the road, as their truck failed to empty the contents completely. Posted on SeeClickFix because I just can't do another phone call.
