Let me start by saying thank you! I brought my 82 years young mother in law in. Just wow! Dr Kachelman and nurse Makaila are a blessing. They listened and chatted and made her feel so comfortable ( which is a rarity these days). Whenever mom needs something or a question answered, Makaila is on it with speed! What a wonderful fit they are to each other but, to us as well! They truly are a blessing. Thank you for being the best and bringing back personal attention to everyone.
I’ve been using them for years; always a good experience. However, yesterday I had an allergic reaction and went to urgent care. The receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude. My face was clearly swollen and getting worse and all she cared about was “you need to complete this paperwork “ even though I told her that I could not at the time and was having trouble breathing. I could have literally dropped dead and they would not have cared. (I’m a returning patient , I gave her my insurance card which I have had for a while..what else do you need) No empathy, no customer service, no professionalism. Dr. Waters and every other doctor that I have came in contact with at the Medical center has been EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough. The staff as a whole has been awesome. The front desk it always very helpful and has a pleasant disposition. I HIGHLY Recommend Dr. Waters and the team of other doctors at the medical center. They get back to you quickly with test results as well. Top-Notch as far as I can tell.
