Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 6-7 hours. They work incredibly slowly. If you booked at 5am, put the car in for unloading and better go to bed (you will definitely be standing there for 7 hours) Service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I didn’t believe the reviews I am horribly wrong it’s almost 12pm been here since 5:30am no end in site for my unload. They unloaded me but no one has called me to come get my paperwork for hours now. They just keep saying they will call and don’t the poor guy next to me same thing it’s been hours and like I said no end in site. The staff is nice but the unload is unreal

This may sound extreme, but really not guard. Has somber attitude act like you are supposed to know everything. Pull to where your back is at that dim colored sign lol. Pull right past the gate security gate so you're back end is at that sign number one.
Number two have your ID ready that way he'll tell you to go cut your seal throw it in the box next to the loppers to cut your seal. He will tell you to pull around to this blue door park right beside it walk your paperwork and they will tell you to , back across from that door feel free to park across from that door
The point is one of the worst places I've ever tried to park. You can't even see the numbers...read full review
