“They opened at their listed time. They answered the phone even though I have an out of town number. There was availability, and Nichole was fantastic.
My hair was a complete mess I wouldn't have wanted to touch it, but she did and was so kind about the condition of my hair.
I didn't feel as ashamed when I left. The price was very reasonably I paid much less than I expected and that's even after I added the tip.
So very grateful after not having my hair products and being on the road a month, my ears were starting to peel off.
Now I feel refreshed and I was respected in the process.
It wasn't a fight they provided the service they advertised and have me what I asked and paid for.

“I put blue hair dye on my hair a few months ago. Not knowing it was a pain to get out.. a couple of days ago I bought a box dye to try and cover it and failed badly.. I called these ladies the next day and booked an appointment with Karlee. (She got scheduled so quick) She was also very accommodating with the time I needed as well! Due to having to get my son from school. I went in not happy with my hair at all!! And left feeling beautiful. These ladies were so so sweet. All worked together to try different formulas to cover the blue/green in my hair. Was definitely a challenge (lesson learned for me no more blue/green) but Karlee and these ladies pulled it off and it turned out so beautiful! “First I would recommend LaCharle Salon to anyone who is looking for a stylist who UNDERSTANDS and knows how to treat natural and chemically treated hair. Tasha is also a beast with short hair. The second reason I’m here is to review her new hair care line Reboot Your Roots. I must say, my daughter has a full head of thick some kind of hair…lol. Nothing works, and I’ve tried all kinds of products and have paid $$$$ for all kinds of products. She doesn’t like to get her hair combed for one, and for two she doesn’t like to get her hair combed. NOTHING WORKING UNTIL…I used her product, I immediately saw a difference, after using the clarifying shampoo. Her hair was already detangling and I could run my hands through her hair. She didn’t cry or flinch per usual. ? After utilizing the full line during her wash, I was able to correctly comb out her hair, and blow dry it with no problem. I even flat ironed it a little, all in less than two hours. This used to take me a half of day. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR A HALF IF DAY FOOLING AROUND WITH A KID WHO DOESNT LIKE THE COMB…@LatashaHarrell, this product is bomb ? I cannot wait to see it in stores. Y’all please check her out. “10 out of 10! I was able to get a last minute same day appointment and had such an amazing experience!! I saw Lisa who was very knowledgeable and told me how to treat and keep up my hair. She was so welcoming, very patient had great conversation and it was a Godly atmosphere. I've recently had other subpar services or subpar customer services at other salons I've been too. Here I was treated like a real person. No scheduling through an app, no deposits, or putting your card on hold. you get to call and schedule with a live person! “Not really sure if you can ask for specific people but Will is the bomb.com. He did a phenomenal job. Took his time and really showed his skills with taking care of hair. Everyone there was polite. Yes there is a wait but it's worth it because you can tell they are taking their time with their clients and not just rushing through to be more people in their seats.“
