This is the biggest scam of a rental company that i have ever come in contact with. Literally THE WORST! Very rude, unprofessional, not timely at all, inconsistent & inconsiderate!We moved out in December and out of $750 security deposit, they managed to take it all AND say that we owe them $80.We were charged $100 for exterior clean up for the leaves being on top of the roof, in the gutters, and in the yard. Keep in mind that there are three very large trees right beside the house that have grown up and over the house.
